Last night I lost .6 pounds, still happy with any sort of a loss :)
On Monday I attended a Good Form Running class put on by New Balance. I learned more about mid foot strike and cadence. Trying to get to 180 steps a minute is not easy. I also got a new pair of Brooks Adrenaline's. My old pair were very worn out and I could feel the difference when putting the new ones on. I really don't like the color of the new ones, there kind of plain for me, but I didn't want to switch shoes. They had pink ones they could have ordered but I really needed them bad if I want to break them in before the Sunburst Half Marathon. I have not signed up yet because I need to check on getting a baby sitter since my husband works on Saturday mornings. The combination of new shoes and trying out a new form really made my legs soar. I can see how you need to ease into this stuff.
Today is my 10th wedding anniversary. Its amazing how much has happened it those 10 years. Sad to say no special plans, but I think we might go out to dinner on Saturday.
I try to make my kids take pictures of me so thats why sometimes they are not high quality :)
