Hungry

Not feeling the whole diet thing the last few days.  We went camping this past weekend and I way too much junk food and did not drink enough water.  We did have a great time camping though.  That's what I wanted for Mothers Day.  I did get some exercise bike rinding and climbing the dunes



I did my long run on Sunday after we got home and I struggled through it.  It was one of those runs where I wanted to quit the whole time, but I didn't :)  I ran 9 miles, with a little bit of walking mixed in.  I drove to the town next to us, which is much more scenic.  That definitely helped pass the time.  Doing a long run after camping is not recomended, trust me.
