Well, so much for the goal. I had two shakes on Monday and then one today for breakfast. We had a staff meeting at lunch today and she brought in Pizza Hut. I have no will power so I did have one piece of pizza and 2 bread sticks. The pizza was at least thin crust with veggies and I ate a pear along with it. Tonight I had to stop at Meijer on my way home so I picked up a nice ready made salad. I hope I can get a workout in tonight.
